I recently moved my NVME to a new PC, so I decided to use DDU to remove those drivers. It worked fine when I removed the AMD drivers and I restarted, and then I removed the AMD drivers again but without internet, and did the same with Nvidia drivers right after that, without shutting down or restarting.
After that I couldn't get any display signal. The GPU was working fine before in another build and everything powers on fine.

I tried:
  • Moving the RAM sticks around.
  • Swapped the RAM today to try and get it to boot.
  • Resetting CMOS.

But none of those fixed the problem.

I also tried moving the GPU to another PCIE slot, it still didn't display anything. Although it still has the LEDs on and the fan spinning.
