Hi all,

My computer is relatively new and has been working perfectly until I tried to turn it on today. When I turn on the power, the fans spin and the LEDs light, although both of my monitors are not receiving any signal from the computer. Also, I can tell that the computer has not booted into BIOS (despite the fact that I have no display) as the fans continue to spin at a very high RPM (as they would normally do before a PC has booted into BIOS) without slowing down. What should I do?

Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600x (with corsair AIO)
GPU: AMD Radeon RX5700XT
RAM: 2 x 8GB 3600MHz Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro
Storage: WD Blue 1TB SSD
Mobo: Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro Wifi
PSU: Corsair RM650X

What I have already tried:

  • Booted with both RAM sticks individually
  • Reset CMOS using screwdriver
  • Took out and reseated GPU
None of these things have worked so far. Also, I am 99% sure that this is not a power-related issue as everything seems to be functioning when I turn on my PC, it just can't seem to POST.

Thanks in advance.

Solution
1: Try another hdd & see what happens.
2: If no other drive to test, take your hdd out & boot. Note what happens, then put your drive back in & test.
