[SOLVED] Pc not turning on

Hi im having problems with my pc its not turning on when i press the power button its a new motherboard and processor and memory sticks but im using an old power supply and graphics card from my previous motherboard and nothing turns on i tried to check if its a power supply issue but it’s getting power but not when the 24pin connector is on the motherboard i tried to jump start the motherboard f panel to turn it on but it doesn’t turn on either can it be a motherboard issue? Let me know

specs :
Motherboard: gigabyte x570 aorus elite wifi
Processor: amd ryzen 5 3600
Graphics card : r7 240a clf
Power supply: evga 400w
Memory sticks: corsair vengeance rgb pro ddr4 16gb 3200 mhz

Something is NOT compatible. Add one thing at a time until it works. Can you boot up and get into the CMOS..?

Ty for responding no it can’t even boot on the fans don’t spin even though the power supply is connected and the power button doesn’t turn it on as well even though it’s connected correctly

Remove everything and try again.. one plug at a time. Something sounds like it died.
