Hello,
for the past week my pc started give me a black screen during boot time, bios screen doesnt show up and the case's hardisc LED doesnt light up
upon pressing the power button again the PC instantly shuts off, and after pressing the power button again it either boots up right away or i have to repeat this process until it eventually boots up, and when it does boot up there is no performance issues whatsoever or any crashes and everything seems smooth.
my MoBo includes 4 LEDs that indicate what kind of issue it could have ran into, during the black screen only CPU and GPU fans are spinning and only one EzDebug LED keeps lighting above the written "VGA" on the motherboard indicating its a graphics card issue
but once my pc boots after some tries there is no performance issues or any artifacts and temp levels are as usual
the things i have tried so far is plugging all the cables off the pc and removing the cmos battery for minutes while pressing the power button and nothing changed.
i cant tell if its a mobo or power issue, i dont suspect hard drives, windows, or my gpu since i dont run into any issues once the pc is booted up and i dont even run into the bios when the problem occurs, but once the pc decides to boot the case's hard drive LED lights up and the bios shows up and everything is normal.
the test that im considering to try next is to update the bios but im still not sure if this will fix the problem.
does anyone have any idea what is going on?

gpu: gtx 1060 zotac
cpu: ryzen 3 2200G
