Question PC Posting into BIOS Safe Mode

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with my system where, after turning off the PC and then powering it back on, the fans spin at full speed for around 20 seconds. After that, I see the AMI BIOS "posted into safe mode" screen, and I have to press F1 to enter the BIOS. Sometimes the PC never POST's and it's just stuck with the fans at 100% until i turn it off again.
I've also noticed some artifacts on Chrome, Spotify and Discord. Turning off hardware acceleration fixed this problem though.

My system specs:

  • Motherboard: ASUS ROG X670E-A
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D
  • RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro (2 x 16GB) DDR5 6000 MHz
  • GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4080 Super
  • PSU: Corsair RM1000e

What I’ve tried so far:

  1. Enabled DOCP in BIOS
  2. Reseated the RAM
  3. Reset CMOS
  4. Updated BIOS
  5. Reinstalling drivers.
Despite these steps, I keep encountering the same issue.

Thanks in advance for your help!
