[SOLVED] PC powers up, fans spin, but no post or screen signal

Hello i had this problem with dad's PC.
Specs:
Cpu - i3 6100
Mobo- gigabyte h110n itx
Ram- 8gb kingston value
Psu- 350w 80+ lc power
Gpu- evga 1050ti itx
Storage- kingston ssd 120gb m2 and 500gb hdd
Pc worked normally until today .
No power shutdowns or something like that.

Does not work. Even the keyboard does not light up. Is it the mobo?

Ok thanks. Ill test the psu asap and if it does not work ill have to return the mobo.
