[SOLVED] PC randomly shuts down

My PC keeps shutting down, mostly when i'm playing games or changing in-game settings. There is no BSOD or error, it just shuts down out of nowhere, my RGB does stay powered for some reason. My specs are:

• Gigabyte Eagle OC 3070
• Ryzen 5 5600x
• Gigabyte B550m aorus pro
• Corsair RM 650
• Corsair RGB pro 2x8gb (XMP disabled)
• CoolerMaster MasterLiquid ML240L V2

The event viewer only displays a kernel-power error eventID 41:

make sure there is no over heating then you can test your pc using another power supply, if dosnt worked you can try replacing your motherboard and trace your hardware step by step then you can request for RMA

Hi there. I've recently built a pc too. But mine is 5900x and rtx 3080. Surprisingly had shutdowns like you. It all started when i've tried to play NFS Heat, Metro Exodus etc. So for mine AORUS B550 Master the only way to fix it to update BIOS from f11k to f11n, try it if you still didn't.

Yesterday i've updated to f11p and didn't have any troubles. Is PC turning off while you are playing?

It doesn’t happen often. So right now i don’t know if this works until i really test it for a maybe a week or something. It hasn’t crashed yet. But i do have to start up my computer twice like usual. Doesn’t straight up turn on. The rgb lights up, but it doesn’t post until i shut it off and turn it on again

Try to turn off PSU load in bios or whatever this option is called.
