Question PC started to run laggy after thunderstorm, but I can see no damage ?

So my PC started to lag after a thunderstorm occurred but it still works, the problem is that my windows started to get very choppy and not so responsive. Any clues why this made my computer laggy? Especially in COD Warzone where i used to get 100-140 fps now it has gone to 50-70 ?

Also there was no burning smell and the PC detects all parts as working so i dont know.

Specs:

CPU - i7 6700k
GPU - ASUS RTX 2060 Dual OC
PSU - Corsair RM650X 650W
CPU Fan - Cooler master hyper evo 212
Motherboard - ASUS Z270h strix
RAM - Corsair 8gb 2x8 3000mhz
Storage - 1TB HDD and a 250 GB SDD
Case - P400 Eclipse

check ram usage?
check hdd/ssd health?

ram usage in warzone is about 11300

cpu temp while gaming is around 60-70
gpu temp is around the low 60s

any good way to check hdd and ssd health?

Edit: Ram usage in windows with chrome open is about 20-25% i have 16gbs.

just got the bsod WHEA uncorrectable error when trying to change my power plan to normal...?

So i reinstalled Windows on my hdd instead of my ssd and wiped all data on both, some how the issue is now gone i think, could it be a bad ssd?

Gonna install all games now to see if it works like it used to.
