Hey everyone,
Last night (May 28), I was cleaning out my PC, getting rid of dust, etc. and I re-applied thermal paste as the last time I had done so was around a year or two ago, as I was having problems with my PC overheating and crashing, etc. I put everything back together in place, and when I press the power button, my computer turns on for only a few seconds, just for it to restart almost immediately after. I notice that all the fans are turned on and spinning, the GPU fans and lights turn on, the motherboard lights turn on, the SSD/HDD appear to be working, PSU fans are spinning, CPU cooler fan is spinning and everything appears to be plugged in.
My computer would turn on fine yesterday, and just now after this change, it will not fully even stay on after a few seconds.
I will attach a video here so that you can watch what happens:

The only other problem I have had with this computer, hardware wise, is a bad SSD around a year and a half ago.
Here are the specs:
Intel Core i5-6600K @ 3.50Ghz
Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler
MSI Z170A Gaming M5 Motherboard
G.Skill Aegis 1x16GB DDR4-2133 RAM
MSI GeForce GTX 980 4GB
Samsung 860 Evo 512GB SSD
Seagate 2TB HDD
EVGA 600W Bronze 80+ PSU
All responses are greatly appreciated.
