Question PC starts showing pixel artifacts when gaming and restarts computer

Ryzen 5 5600X3D
ASRock Rx 6800 xt Taichi OC 16GB (Newegg Refurbished)
Asus TUF gaming B550 Plus Wifi 2 ATX
Samsung 980 Pro 1TB SSD M.2
Corsair rm850e Gold 80+ (PSU)
Corsair RGB Pro 32GB 3200mhz cl16
Thermalright frozen notte 360

I built this PC one month ago and everything went fine when I first boot it, used it for a month with no issues and suddenly a few days ago while I was playing a game, my screen started showing artifacts that were pixels everywhere and they were spreaded then my PC froze for like 10 seconds and soon after the screen turns black, the PC restarts. Sometimes when I try to boot up the PC, everything lights up but the screen stays black. It was only when I reset the bios that I got to
The bios screen. When I do manage to boot up, I was able to use the PC for a few hours and when I started playing games the PC crashes and restarts again. There was a time when my PC crash but no artifacts and it gave me the dcp watchdog violation error.
Last thing was that my GPU and CPU did not overheat since the last time it crashed,.it was on a stable 40-50 degrees Celsius while I was playing games.
Please help, I will be eternally grateful.

I would use DDU to uninstall your graphics drivers and reinstall the newest AMD driver manually. Here is a guide on how to do that. I suspect the refurbished card to be failing though. Can you still return it?

I used DDU and uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled the latest drivers and it still didn't work, and I don't think I could return it anymore.
