I recently upgraded from an i7-11700f to a i9-10900k and now my Pc is stuck in bios and is not detecting any storage devices except my ram and cpu, but when I put in my old cpu everything works like normal. I have tried disabling secure boot, resetting cmos, legacy settings, uefi settings, windows on a usb stick with rst installed since I can’t find any storage devices. I need help

ASROCK B560M-C
i711700f/i9-10900k
RTX 3060
Corsair vengeance 32gb ram
WD SN550 ssd m.2
Sea gate 750w gold

Solution
Disable Intel RST.
Set sata controller to AHCI.

The top slot is does not work, unless an 11th gen chip is installed. No bios setting is going to fix that.
