Question Pc suddenly crashing when launching games

So suddenly the other day, like 2 days ago, my pc keeps crashing when launching games. The game freezes and when i open task manager it crashes to. I can click everywhere just without anything happening. I haven't changed anything before it happened. It just randomly started.

My specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700x
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F Gaming
RAM: G.Skill TridentZ RGB DDR4 2x8GB 3200MHz
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 2080 DUKE 8GB OC
PSU: Corsair RM650x 650W 80+ Gold

i think it is overheating. you need to clean the fans and remove the dust

The temperatures looks fine though

you think that the temp is ok? you need to make sure that the temp is ok. install softwares that monitor cpu temp

it might be because of the nvidia driver. download ddu from https://www.wagnardsoft.com , go to safe mode, run ddu, scan for nvidia and wipe all files and then restart. after that go to https://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx and find your card and download the drivers. if before you were using an old version driver then download and install new version drivers. if before you were using an new version driver then download and install old version drivers.

if nothing works then format and clean install windows and try to play games again. if it also crashes after you did a clean install then it means that you have faulty hardware so you need to take it to a repair shop for a checkup
