Question PC suddenly turned off and won't display or give usb power

I built my PC and after a year it suddenly turned off after lagging for a while in a game. It turned back on for a while and then turned off again. When I turned it back on it wouldn't give me display or power to the usb devices plugged in even though all the fans work and lights are on. I managed to get it working once after messing around with the usb cables and everything was fine until eventually the same happened and ever since it still posts without display and usb power. Any tips?

Sounds like a power supply issue. What are the specifications of your computer include the make and model of the power supply please

sounds like bad thermal throttling but could also be a PSU issue (that wouldn't explain the lag though)

PCs that used to work fine, then randomly shut down and not reliably turning on again is usually a bad PSU issue. That's the failure pattern of practically all of the PSUs I have replaced in my own PCs.

So the PSU could be bad from the manufacturer? The specs are: RX 570, Ryzen 3 1300x and for PSU I have a Seasonic m12 evo, with 620w which I figure is more than enough for this.
