Question PC turns on but keyboard and mouse dont work, and no monitor signal

My pc turns on but monitor has no signal and mouse/keyboard no power

what’s weird is that the speakers turn on, my nintendo switch charges plugged into pc, but my mic doesn’t work

I have an extra monitor arriving tomorrow. Do i need a new monitor for some peripherals to work?

or is it the pc faulty?

also i cleaned the ram sticks with pencil erasers

Was working fine for like a year

specs:

zotagaming geoforce GTX Video card

AES Rock z390 pro4 motherboard

Deep Cool fans

nzxt case

X PG Gammix D10 ram

Not sure how to look at psu model because it’s a prebuilt pc. The watts are 100v - 240v 50-60hz

its a nzxt build ASRock tho
