My PC often refuses to boot post shutdown or sleep. No motherboard lights nothing. To circumvent this problem, I just leave the PC on for weeks, months on end. But that obviously isn't sustainable.
When this issue does occur, I usually just wait around 12-24 hours and the PC boots when I try after a while, and booted by itself in one instance.
Things I tried. (Nothing worked)

Things I tried. (Nothing worked)
- Resetting CMOS.
- Shorting power on pins with a screw driver.
- Unplugging all cables and holding down power switch.
- Reseating ram, and trying with only 1 ram plugged in.
- A different power supply. (So I don't think it's the PSU)
- Various bios updates/versions.
- Booting without various permutations of parts.
- Turning off fast boot in Bios
