[SOLVED] PC won't boot in case, but boots outside of case. NZXT H510 standoff problem?

Hello. As the title states, I am having trouble getting my new PC to boot. I built it in the case first time, and nothing happened. I then built it outside the case on a wooden table, and it worked and brought me to BIOS, and all parts worked. I then built it back into the case, and it once again would not boot.

My MB is the Asus Z390-A Prime, and my case is the NZXT h510. I feel like this may be a standoff problem of my motherboard touching the case and causing it to short/not boot for safety measures, but I don't know why that is the problem. The very middle standoff is just a pin instead of a screwhole, and my case came with a bag of standoff (see images below), but I don't know what they are used for.

As you will find below, I have images of the MB backplate and standoffs that came with the case. In the first image, the very middle standoff/screwhole has a pin through it, and I don't know what this is for or if its a problem. Thank you in advance, I would greatly appreciate any help that can be given.

One of the standoffs is indeed often a pin, which merely pokes up thru the hole near the center of the mainboard.....

Every other standoff (6 or 7 more) under the board should be accounted for, and line up with a corresponding hole in the mainboard, and be secured via a screw. (If the case allows for extended ATX mainboards, there may be 3 more standoffs an inch or two beyond the mainboard, but , they are no issue to be concerned with.
I just built my NZXT H510 as well and I know what pin your'e talking about. I thought that was odd as well I had to double check that lol.

Does it turn on? Did you connect the pwr switch, hdd light, etc cables correctly? There's a bag that comes with the case that is for an Intel and AMD set up. Make sure you picked the correct one.

I used the connector that came with the case to make the one front panel connector into the pwr switch, pwr led, etc and they are all correctly connected. Are the bags labeled? I don’t remember a bag being Intel or AMD labeled. Still, the PC worked outside of the case, so why would it stop when in the case? (I’ve quadruple checked every cord). Were these bags for screws, cooler, idk what else? Do you remember?

The Intel connector is a single block and you attach it where in other cases you would put all the small little connectors to the headers.

The AMD is a cable that you have to connect all the small wires to each header.
