Question PC won't boot to Windows after a Windows update ?

My wife did a Windows update on her PC, (Update and shut down) but after when she booted her PC the next time it won't boot into Windows. On trying to repair the current installation of Windows it states it cannot detect Windows, I tried a few more things like reverting updated in which I successfully rolled back the quality update, it would not let me roll back the features update.

I then tried a clean install of Windows 11. Got the USB stick with the Windows media on it, proceeded until it told me my PC didn't meet the specs to run, which is false because I've been running it for about a year.

I went as far as resetting the CMOS and tried some steps again but no use.

I have a spare SSD fresh outta the box, so before I try to boot a new version of Windows on that, I figured id get some tips from you fine folks.

I'm assuming Windows is corrupt or the SSD is? I certainly hope its not the motherboard.

Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite
CPU: Ryzen 7 7950X (I think, would have to double check)
GPU: RX 6750 XT
RAM: 32GB

Check if the Windows boot manager is detected in the boot order of the bios and chose as 1st boot device.

Check if TPM security is enabled.

Check if UEFI is enabled.

Eventually set secure boot to enable or disable it

Eventually update BIOS
