Solution
A RAM check to do.

1. Take stick #1 and put it into 1st RAM slot, leaving 2nd RAM slot empty. Boot up. Mark result on paper (e.g PC worked or didn't worked).
2. Take stick #1 and put it into 2nd RAM slot, leaving 1st RAM slot empty. Boot up. Mark result on paper.

Repeat the process with stick #2. E.g:
3. Take stick #2 and put it into 1st RAM slot, leaving 2nd RAM slot empty. Boot up. Mark result on paper.
4. Take stick #2 and put it into 2nd RAM slot, leaving 1st RAM slot empty. Boot up. Mark result on paper.

Now, take both sticks and put them into PC. E.g:
5. Stick #1 in 1st RAM slot, stick #2 in 2nd RAM slot. Boot up. Mark result on paper.

Also, switch sticks around to test if it may work another way around. E.g:
6. Stick #1 in...

If your PC worked just fine in first 4 steps, then RAM sticks and RAM slots are working perfectly. But if your PC didn't worked in steps 5 and 6 then your MoBo doesn't support that specific RAM in both RAM slots at the same time.
