Question Pc wont post after installing gpu. But the gpu works in another system

Hi.

I have a strange issue. I have a amd4 motherboard. Cpu does not have integrated graphics. When I boot my system without gpu the led next to the cpu goes on indicating it gets power. Also my numlock is responsive.

When I install my GPU the led next to the cpu does not go on. My keyboard is not responsive and the vga led on the board is on. Indicating there is a gpu error. But the gpu works in another system

Can this only be a psu issue?

Well I am only looking at the symptoms but.

CPU: RYZEN 3 3100X
CPU COOLER: standard that comes with amd
Motherboard: MSI B350 mortar
RAM: 2x 8GB ram
SSD/HDD 1tb kingston ssd/1tb hdd seagate/1tb hdd seagate/3tb hdd WD
Gpu: gv-n105tg1 gaming-4gd
PSU: superchannel S550 age is about 8 years maybe more.
Chassis: custom built. 1x 10cm 12v RGB strip/1x 80mm case fan.
Os: windows 10 pro
Monitor: samsung 22inch.

Pc was running fine. I suspect the powersupply is the issue. It worked one day thenthe next it had issue I explained
