Question Pc wont post. Motherbaord CPU led solid on

Hey, so I received my cpu (3600x) from a rma and I've put it in and tried to screw the cooler all went in except 1 I try to put some force and thought it went in so I powered it on and i get a solid red cpu light. No post so I removed the cpu and check if everything was fine and everything looks good. Except the cpu bracket 1 screw hole is worn out .Before the rma it was posting. Now nothing. There was some metal shavings from the screw but I blew it off with compressed air. Could it be the 1 screw that wont go in the causes this please help.

Have you checked for any bent pins in motherboard or cpu and for people to help you more could you take a picture?

Yeah I've checked. Everything looks fine. Yeah I'll update with some pictures. Thanks for the reply
