Last night I was playing Destiny 2 with some friends then shut down my PC as normal and went to sleep. The next morning when I tried to boot it up nothing happened. When I push the button there is no response form my computer as far as I can tell. I have noticed that when it is plugged into power, the GPU white light while still remain on.
My PC was originally pre-built and I got it around 3 years ago but I changed out my GPU around 2 years ago and my CPU, RAM, SSD and motherboard around a year ago. I think its weird that one of my parts have broken already. I've noticed that in the recent past my PC has been having stuttering problems around 3 times a day where for around 20 seconds my PC will freeze or run very slowly while looping the same 2 seconds of sound over and over. I think this may be a CPU issue and perhaps my CPU decided to end itself while I was sleeping last night but I don't know how to confirm my suspicions.
So far I have tried:
So far no result for getting my PC to start. Any troubleshooting steps from you guys would help a lot thanks

So far I have tried:
- swapping the reset and power button wires around to make the reset button act as the on button.
- Unplugging the wires on my motherboard and plugging them back in again.
- Using a different power socket in the wall.
- Using a different power cable.
- Holding a screwdriver to the power on screws to start it.
- Unplugging all my peripherals and trying the above.
So far no result for getting my PC to start. Any troubleshooting steps from you guys would help a lot thanks
