Question pc wont start up consistently

when I start up my pc about 1 time out of 5 the fans will spin up, everything will turn on, my motherboard will have no error message and then while it has the bios logo everything turns off, any ideas? (I built about 2 months ago but I haven't been able to use it very much, I think its been doing it the whole time) system:

Try unplugging your internal hard drive, then try to start pc. See if it continues with problem. What bios version are you using?

do you mean the SSD? I'll need help checking my bios version
