I have a netbook that is really slowing down, i know with only 1G ram and 1.66 GPU it is limited, but it cant even play video without freezing. Is there a good program to clean this thing up, i know there are about a million of them but just need first hand advice.

None of them are any good. Upgrade the RAM. Netbooks can have issues with HD video, upgrade to a real laptop if you can't run what you want. You can try to do a factory restore, after you save your files somewhere, if this used to work OK before.
