just built a $2k computer and when i play any game the screen jitters/stutters only when i use a mouse while strafing and looking around. when i stand still its all great when i use the keyboard only its great when im in a tank/chopper and someone else is driving or me its great when u use an xbox controller i can run jump spin around do anything, buttery smooth but when i use the keyboard and mouse to turn/strafe around something the screen stutters.

its as if the mouse is jumping from one pixel to another best way i can explain it it does the same thing when i use my tv as a screen but the screen also flashes as i turn (eg the sky goes darker and then light)

i have tried 5 different mice razer naga, razer death adder, logitech g500, logitech g600, some cheapo belkin mouse they all do the same thing. i have updated the usb drivers to the latest i have used razer synapse, enhanced pointer precision is off.

things i have tried
updated everything to the latest drivers
fresh windows 7 install used the drivers that came on the discs
tried every known combination in nvidia controll panel (still sugest things i may have missed)
tried all the poling rates and dpi settings with the razer mice
i am at a loss.. is something wrong with the motherboard? or the graphics card

I assume that you have altered mouse settings in the games themselves. I know for example that raw input on GTA V can cause issues, I changed that and it was smooth.
Also does your mouse work fine in other applications, or just on the desktop?

works fine on the desktop, (well it could be doing it really slow movements make it sort of jump pixels..) but so far bf4, titanfall, killingfloor all have the stutter while turning and strafing. i have tried raw input on and off in bf4 same thing. vsync makes it worse and increasing sensitivityin game makes it worse

no idea what is going on but fresh installed windows again on my ssd and now it is gone the only thing i did different was custom install the latest nvidia driver and never installed geforce experience thats the only thing i can think of that caused this even tho i uninstalled it before but it seems once it gets on the pc the damage is done.
