Hello, I bought a new monitor and when HDR is enabled there's a weird effect when I move a window there are delayed shadows and highlights following it. Is this normal?

It's visible on the video, idk if it's called ghosting but look inside the window I'm moving, there's white hue following itFramerate of your video is not high enough to see any ghosting.
Use UFO test - ghosting/pursuit camera, to test ghosting.

Yes it's in most programs with dark theme. Tried it in game and it's also present. It's only with HDR enabled. When I disable it everything looks normal. View: https://imgur.com/a/35hzV5eDo you have similar effect in web browsers also?
Or it's just in Geforce experience?
Could be Geforce experience specific effect.
No, I'm on Windows 10Are you on Win11? I wonder if dynamic refresh rate as apposed to fixed has anything to do with it.
Then turn off HDR.Tried it in game and it's also present. It's only with hdr enabled. When I disable it everything looks normal.
Nah bro, I bought this monitor so I could use HDR on it.Then turn off HDR.
