Pixaleted Shadows

i have a very big problem in all my games.assassins creed,all the cods,crysis,mafia 2 bioshock and more. iv already uninstall and install all the drivers with driver sweeper,ccleaner and revo. im also uninstall directx and unstall him. and im also tried to changed three(!) graphic cards and it steel the same ***. and im tried to format my xp to windows 7 and it also didnt help.iv changed cables(hdmi,vga) and screens and there is steel the problem

by the way i have gts450 512mb

were the cards any better or worse than a gts 450???

im pretty sure shadows are an add-on, along the lines of AntiAliasing, tessalation, and the like...... without a better card rendering perfect shadows just isn't possible....
