Please Help (accidental recycle bin empty) in NT4

I need the files lost in an accidental recycle bin flush . . . Am I S.O.L?
Any Ideas on what utility or command to run? Thanks in advance for any help.

A utility called RecoverNT can search your drive for deleted files and recover them - As long as the piece of hard drive they were on hasn't been reused yet.(Try not to use your computer untill you've got the files back or you risk overwriting them)
