Question Please recommend a gpu under 100/50 dollar (and monitor too ig)

i have a core i3-3240, mobo ECS H61H2-M12 PCI Express 2.0, Ram 8gb ddr3 665mhz.
currently using old gpu 9600 gt.
was looking for a new gpu, but i have limited budget. please help recommend under 100 dollar or 50 dollar.
I plan to buy a monitor too, but because i needed a gpu, i guess it can wait. but if its possible there is actually good/decent gpu under 50 dollar, then i can spent 50 dollar on monitor.

i asked here because im completely beginner, and don't know what to consider/know if i want to buy a gpu

Where are you located and what is your preferred site for purchase? What will your GPU(purchase) be used for? You also might want to reconsider a GPU purchase in 2022, things haven't gotten any better since 2019.

Hi, I live in Indonesia, i don't have any specific site to purchase but mostly shopee and tokopedia (indonesian Ecommerce) . I do it for creating content so editing and games. Well i don't have the budget to buy the newest one anyway so haha
