hi, my cpu i5-4670k, gpu - zotac 1050ti mini, mobo- gigabyte z87x-ud3h, bios version F10b, psu corsair cs650m , ram 4x4gb @1600 mhz, windows10, cabinet cooler master haf 912, cpu cooler-Hyper 212X

i'm planing to replace my gpu with gigabyte raedon rx 5600xt gaming oc. currently i have 1 120mm intake fan up front and 1 120mm exhaust fan top back of the cabinet. also my psu has a intake fan bottom of the cabinet. u can see inside my pc - View: https://i.imgur.com/ecaLPi4.jpg

in this set up i have negative pressure for some reason. please help me out installing 1 or more fans . now top of my cabinate can have 1 200mm fan or 2x120mm fans. my side panel can have 1 120mm or 1 140mm fan which is directly over my gpu. now i will surely add another 120mm front intake fan. i have few questions here -
  1. should i go for slightly positive pressure for low dust? or negetive pressure is too good than positive pressure for keeping temperature low that i should not think about dust build up? i cleane up my own pc,
  2. whatever pressure u think good for my set up, according to that how many and which type side and top fans should i use? though my top and side of chasis have no air filter , so till now i was blocking every hole of fan mounting spot on top and side of my chasis so that dust dont come in . is it better to just keep my chasis's top fan mounting spot like that way without installing top exhaust fan to prevent dust come in cause when my pc will b turned off and no fans gonna run then i think so much dust gonna come in through top if i install top exhaust fan.
  3. at last, how frequently should i clean up?
every input of your is so valuable for me, plz help me out
