My friend gave me this Corsair H75 AIO ( https://www.corsair.com/ww/en/Categ...Series™-H75-Liquid-CPU-Cooler/p/CW-9060015-WW )She's not sure though if it's still working since it's been with her for few years without using it.
I'm hesitant about using/testing it with my current build since I'm thinking it might be broken and end up damaging my build instead.
I don't know if there's a way to test the cooler before installing it on my PC.

I'm currently using the stock cooler of Ryzen 5 2600 running at 45° C Idle and 65° to 70° Load.
I never tried using AIO Liquid Coolers before so your suggestions/help is much appreciated.

Solution
It won't hurt your system, unless you apply too much mounting pressure but that's always a risk with any cooler. It won't overheat, but if you see like astronomically high (around 100 degrees). Other than that, it will be fine
