Question Post Beep But Won't Boot

Sometimes my pc just does that, it has a single short beep (that's post beep, right?), but it won't boot to windows, nor does it show the bios screen, any idea what causes it? thanks

full system spec? include make and model of the psu

CPU : Phantom II X6 1055T
GPU : R9 270
RAM : 2x4Gb

I'll need to open the case to see the PSU models, its been a while, I'll reply asap, but it will take a couple hours since its almost midnight here, and I'm not planning to open it up right now, thanks

Is it only happened because PSU problem, or is there pther possibility?

my PSU is Cooler Master, model RS-A00-AFBA-G1 1000V 80 PLUS GOLD
