Specs -
Mobo: asrock b550m pro4
CPU: ryzen 5 5600x
Gpu: rtx 4070
Ram: G.SKILL ripjaws v 16gb 3600mhz

My pc has been working completely fine for months, recently my wifi adapter wasn’t working so I restarted the pc and it got stuck on a never ending “restarting” screen so I manually turned the psu off since the power button wouldn’t work and now It’s not booting. All fans/leds + gpu power on and the cpu + dram debug lights are on.

Before when it was working when I would power the pc on the same debug lights would come on but after a few seconds it would boot

I had some pretty old Corsair 3000mhz ram that I thought must have died, so I recently got the gskill kit hoping that would solve the problem but no luck. I’ve tried resetting cmos and reseating everything I’m not sure what else to do any advice is really appreciated!

you should try ram sticks one by one and reset motherboard bios .

It's a great quality PSU, so, suspicion it being PSU issue is slim. Still, there are lemons, even among the best.

MoBo shows communication error with CPU and RAM. Since you already tested with 2nd RAM, does the RAM debug LED also light up when using 2nd RAM?

Here, i suspect MoBo failure. For several reasons;
* wi-fi module stopped working (either M.2 or PCI-E one, but still uses MoBo for connectivity)
* after reboot, CPU and RAM were unable to communicate with MoBo

All those symptoms show MoBo failure, since MoBo connects them all. Moreover, it is very rare that 3 components would die at once (wi-fi, CPU and RAM).
While there is possibility that PSU killed the MoBo, this is very rare with your PC, because your PSU is of great quality. Now, if your PSU would be mediocre/low/crap quality (E.g EVGA W1/N1), then i'd suspect PSU as well. But as it stands currently, i only suspect MoBo.

So, get a new MoBo. Or if MoBo replacement is too tedious without gaining more performance, then new CPU-MoBo-RAM combo (if going with AMD Ryzen 7000/8000-series CPU). Or new CPU-MoBo combo (when going with Intel 12th/13th/14th gen and picking MoBo that supports DDR4 RAM, which you already have).

That’s what I suspected as well thanks a lot for your input I’m gonna look into the upgrade. I appreciate it!
