- I have a one year old Thermaltake TR2 550W no issues.
- I have a 4 year old Seasonic S12II 520W no issues.
System:
ASRock AB350 PRO BIOS 5.40 AGESA 1.0.0.6
Ryzen 5 1600 @ about 3875MHz all core clocks from 1.5GHz to ~3875MHz has only exceeded 70ºF once during a POV-RAY benchmark... Themal shutdown from CoreTemp at 85C.
Idle is 27C to 33C everyday load to max. 40C after one year, 54C under normal benchmarks.
Memory RAN at 2933MHz DDR4 2x4GB until I upgrade my BIOS to 5.40 (AGESA 1.0.0.6) from 4.60 AGESA 1.0.0.1 (or zero can't remember if it was .0 or .1). The memory ran for about 8-9 months at 2933
The RAM now runs at 3000MHz as designed via XMP
EVGA FTW 950 GTX no overclock

Question I have is use the new S12II from Seasonic or keep the TR2 in operation?
I couldn't find any reviews on the TR2, I've gotten suggestions to replace it.
So I am down with replacing it but why should I do the operation?
