My friend just finished building pc. I taught him to do just as i did, and we had no problems..

Until.... “The driver phase” we began with the gpu which is why i ended up here... we downloaded the driver from powercolor’s website just as i did, but as soon as we started to install it, the screen started unbearably flickering. No we didn’t think much of it as most graphics cards flicker during the driver install process. However, even after 1.5 hours, it was still flickering and we were starting to get suspicious. The card is still flickering as of now, and it is the next day. We have tried booting into safe mode and uninstalling, and its still flickering. Heck, we’ve even uninstalled windows and it is still doing it. Im all ears for any tips.
