Question Preparing Automatic Repair Loop.

I cant seem to troubleshoot what happened but the only things I know is that I left a program that uses 3D on for an hour my room was uncomfortably hot. I get back on the program and it just shutdown and did the boot loop. I main key differences were a green rectangle pattern(Don't know if its corruption or not)and the pc not booting up to the lock screen.

Prebuilt PC
Used since 2006 (Repaired once)
Had an Antivirus installed

(Sorry for the incorrect topic I couldn't find anything similar)
Edit: Bluescreened once and the graphics are all sort of glitchy.
Edit 2: I am not tech savvy and not too familiar with computers.

I don't know where to find the computer specs.

Edit: I have been used and didn't really look at the specs. The specs aren't labeled. Where else could I find the specs?

I dont know how to do it without going to safe mode or a usb. Safe mode just doesn't boot, endless black screen on and off loop.
