[SOLVED] Printing screen error PLZ HELP

Hello,
I keep getting this error screen whenever I try to print by right-clicking the photo > print.

I can print normally if I load it with the windows 10 photo viewer then click print

However, if I wanted to do things such as printing multiple images on one single sheet of paper, or selecting multiple images to use the Microsoft print to PDF option, I cannot do it with the windows 10 photo viewer. Please help me fix the low memory error!

My memory is fine in Task manager, below 40%. My driver is freshly installed. I have restarted my Computer. I have reinstalled the photowiz.dll. I have cleared the printer's queue.

How much ram do you have?

One thing I found was try a clean boot - Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

another idea is

Open the Event Viewer, then try to make another picture print job (to get that same error). Once you get that same error, look at Event Viewer's Custom Views & Windows Logs. Most recent log is on top. See if you can find it in there to see if the Event Viewer logged this information down, since usually it has a lot more information on errors.

I've tried the clean reboot as you said, sadly it didn't work

is it a question of image format? are they both using the same one? is it possible one converts it to a jpg meaning its way smaller than the original photo file format.

i would try that event viewer thing and see if we can get an error code to search for.

It's not a question of image format. Its a question about how to fix the not enough memory error stated in the pictures provided. I am extremely positive that it is not my RAM, because I have 8GB of RAM and more than half of it isn't even occupied; according to task manager; so image size et cetera isn't the problem.

I tried the event viewer and got a mind blank. Could you please advise me on how to use it? (The main concern is that I don't know what to look for + where in the event viewer)

click on Administrative events -this will populate the middle column and the most recent events will show at the top

If you have it open at same time as you try a print job, the top events should be related to the error when it occurs.

There are always errors in Event viewer. Most of them can be ignored, we are only here looking for the ones relating to memory error.

once you find one, double click on its description in the top half of Event viewer, and copy/paste the text into here.

I think the logs record more or less same info.

Windows sees hdd as memory as well. The Page file location is on hdd, so while you may have plenty of ram, its possible to run out of memory and still have free ram.

Hello, I have followed but the event viewer isn't showing up any errors for when I try to print.
I tried to print to get the error at 7:40, but the latest error in the event viewer is 7:34. Please help!

I would have thought it would show there? I ran a print of a picture via right click just to see and I couldn't see it anywhere either. Maybe cause it didn't have an error.

Have a look in reliability history to see if its showing an X for when error happened. It has to be recorded somewhere, errors don't just happen in windows without being recorded somewhere.
