[SOLVED] Probably cpu is running below expectations

cpu: Ryzen 7 3800x 3.9ghz-4.5ghz boost
gpu: Aorus RTX 2060 Super 1650mhz-1840mhz and memory 14001mhz
mobo: Aorus x570 pro rev1.0
psu: Aorus ap750gm 750W
ram: Aorus AR32C16S8K2HU416R 2x8gb 2666mhz-3200mhz xmp on
cpu's temp: 40-80C(min-max)
gpu's temp: 50-75C(max-max)

Hello , i have an issue with the fps on the games. For example warzone , I used to play with 140fps avg every graphic setting on high but after all the updates of warzone's and nvidia's i getting about 100fps avg on low settings. I noticed that the cpu time is going over 10ms and that causes stuttering when it happens. Even if i got high settings or low settings , i getting pretty much the same fps (nothing changes) except in a few positions on the map i am getting more stuttering than what i get when i got low settings. Both of the options going around 80-110 fps. I got all the latest updates on graphics card, cpu and all the drivers. Is that cpu that useless ? I mean i spent about 350euros, that's a lot of money for those results. (that's my opinion)
