Hi, as title says i have problems with booting, problem started on Windows 10.
When i boot my PC my startup apps don't load properly and Windows doesn't respond (photos attached) .

So the only way to"fix" this is to force shut down my PC. After i do that and turn it back on, it boots normally. It is important to note that i do not have any problems with performance in games.
I wanted to try Windows 11 to see if that would fix the problem. So i still have a problem with booting,
it happens less often but it still happens, screenshots are from Windows 11 boot.
Other problem that i have has something to do with GPU acceleration, when i have game open In borderless fullscreen (most of the time i do play games in fullscreen but when i trade in Warframe i play it in borderless fullscreen since its much easier to alt tab) and I, for example, alt tab to Brave, tabs and pages are laggy, I have also noticed same problems on Discord and Spotify.
It is important to note that I did not have issues with GPU acceleration on Windows 10, this issue only appeared when i switched to Windows 11.
For example if i have youtube open and i alt tab from the game, half of the youtube page gets frozen and while i scroll i can see half of the page scrolling, after 2-3 seconds page becomes normal again, what i discovered is that if i alt tab back into the game and alt tab back into brave i dont have to wait those 2-3 seconds for frozen part of the page to unfreeze, also i tried disabling gpu acceleration in brave and it does fix the problem.
System:
Motherboard: Asus TUF Gaming B550-Plus
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600
GPU: Sapphire RX 6750 XT 12GB
RAM: 2 x 16GB
PSU: Asus ROG Strix 850w
Storage: Kingston KC3000 1TB M.2 NVMe SSD
I did a fresh windows 11 install using bootable USB, i updated all my drivers to the newest possible, gpu drivers were not stable i had one restart so i went back to the drivers that i was using on windows 10, version 24.12.1 - this version is stable.
Temps are normal, i have nzxt H5 flow so most of the time my gpu and cpu dont go beyond 60C.

If anyone had any similar problems or has any kind of advice on what should i do please leave a comment.
Thank you.
