Question Problems with Fujitsu Primergy TX200 S6 ?

I have been having problems with my pc recently. I bought a mobo from ebay(10k+ positive reviews, its an actual german store)

Its a d2799 mobo, with a 3x8GB(kingston ktm-sx313k3/24g) ramkit, and a hynix ram.

I tried with 2x xeon l5638 and xeon x5570 cpus, pc turns on, recognises everything, but on the mobo theres a red light flashing(GEL ERROR). I try to run win10 setup, it went to install, 50% done then an error code. I tried 2days ago to install again, but then when the windows logo appears the pc blue screens with: critical process died, or an error code: 0xc000021a


i have tried with 2rams only, and one cpu at the time but no luck!
what can i do?

Could be an issue with the OS version, that old motherboard was designed for Windows Server 2008 which is from the era of Vista. Try using that OS. Maybe Linux also see if that runs on it.
