Question Ps4 loud noise

I opened my PS4 slim to clean it because it was making an awful fan noise, they were completely maxed out, here in Argentina we are currently in winter so that didn't make too much sense, so I opened it up and realized that there was some dust and that kind of stuff, the problem here is that I can't get further cause it's all protected by Torx screws, I don't have a set of drivers for that kind of screws, then I realized that the fan was covered by some kind of metal circle that didn't allow me to go further that the top center of the fan, can I cut out this "fan metal cover" so I can get a better cleaning angle or should I do something better?

Just buy the appropriate torx screwdriver so that you can take it apart fully to clean it.
I have cleaned a PS4 and Xbox One X fan and they are easy enough to do.
The torx screwdrivers are cheap enough on ebay.

You can try blowing all the dust out with a shopvac or air compressor, before you take it apart further or cut it up. Make sure you hold the fan so it doesn't spin when you do. Spinning the fan up while the console is off could create a small electrical charge that could damage your ps4. That's how I've cleaned my consoles and PC's since the dawn of time.
