PS4 Pro - 1080p - power consumption ?

Hey, at this point I'm afraid to ask but I'm gonna ask anyway:

I know that in PC, graphics card power consumption depends on application you are running, resolution, etc.

That makes me think that when using PS4 Pro with 1080p 60hz monitor, the power consumption in that case is less than in PS4 Pro - 4k monitor/tv. Is this correct?
I'm not sure if PS4 Pro - 1080p render 4k frames and then downscale to 1080p.

Sorry, I'm not an expert. As PS4 has been on the market for many years, I suppose that a lot of people shoud know about it.

I'd appreciate any comment.
 
In theory the more the system has to work, the more power it will draw. But it's nothing to worry much about past curiosity with how little change there would be. Can't say I ran across any specific power draw tests on it, but if you do a web search you may come up with something.
