PSU descision Help

Hey guys, Im building a budget gaming rig w/these specs:

i5-2500k
Galaxy GTX 560 Ti
8gb Corsair RAM
750gb Seagate Momentus XT HDD

I need a PSU to power all these, and I found this one which seems pretty good, tell me what you gurus think of it:

If its not good, can you guys recommend another Modular 600w PSU for about 50-75 USD?
