Should I face my PSU Fan up or Fan down, My GPU runs hots like 86c Max maybe split second peaks a little high, being a XFX RX 590 Fatboy with terrible cooling. My main question is with how close my GPU and Power Supply sits whats the best position for my PSU, but also Considering would my GPU temps be cooler PSU Fan up?
(I already plan on getting a new case and power supply in the future months so don't worry I'm on that.)

It does have a bottom vent and fliter, but I'm wondering will the fan facing up draw hot air away from my gpu and out of my case and out the back thus making my graphics card cooler?
No, it won't help with the GPU cooling. Heat rises and the fans on the GPU move air in the opposite direction of the PSU. In fact, having the opening face the GPU could make the GPU run hotter as your PSU sucks air away from the GPU fans.

The opening needs to face down.

Does your case have a vent on the bottom of it? If so, the fan goes down. This will pull cool air into the PSU and exhaust it out the back of your case.
