I got rx 470 and I need to connect it to motherboard, however seems that my PSU doesn't have a cable for it ( it requires 8 pins ) but all I got is Spec of cables of PSU :
ATX 24pin24(20+4)pin
ATX 4pin (PIV)1
SATA2
Molex 4pin1

Is there any way I can get it to work or I need to buy new PSU ( I know mine is old 5+ years but is still going strong and didn't let me down) ?

I advise getting the proper PSU. If the PSU doesn't have the proper connectors for your card...most likely it wasn't designed to work with your card and there is a good chance you are going to have problems.

No. You need a new PSU that has the proper cabling for your graphics card. The power supply you have now is not made to power a discreet GPU beyond what the motherboard PCIe slot provides (75 watts). Do not attempt to use adapters. Get a new PSU.
