PSU PC freeze Specs

Heello guys i`m using this PSU HEC ( GAMMA)600 WT psu
my specs :
i7 7700
GTX 1060 msi OC 6 GB
B250 Asus prime plus
2x8 ram cruical 2666
sometime my PC freeze after 1 or 2-3 hr playing with buzzing sound like ZZZzzzzzzzzzzz
i tried all tests and temp check all are fine so i neeed final word befor i buy new PSU

is this psu bad and cause this issue ?

PSU certainly could do that. What are your temps, load and idle?

the problem starts when i upgraded my pc to these new spec i had i5 3330 p-75 motherboard and 8 GB rams i upgraded but i didnt upgrade my PSU 4 years HEC 600 WT- 2WX

I already order a G650M cooler master bronze +80 plus But , what do u recommend me to do ? i bored of this problem over 3 months now, my pc freeze when its all full load but i think PSU dosent give a enough power to gpu or CPU since it has rail 12v not a single one and i OC my GPU +75 mem +75 clock
i`m going to try new PSU 2moro when the ship arrive ...

The rail issue, isn't really an issue. Can't find any reviews on the hec gamma.

Because this PSU since 2010 made its real name ( HEC 600 WT- 2WX )
i just want to make sure its PSU issue Because all my other stuff is 4 months new i tested them all in stress test and plug in , out all OK !

Have you done a mem test? can you run on 1 8GB stick and see if it happens, and then swap sticks?

done memtest no errors found for 2 hr scan , its clock default at 1785 Mhz clock 2002 Mhz memmory
temp are fine wwhen i play GPU about 60-64 C
CPU around 55-66 C .
and while i talking to you i just got blue screen 10 min ago and who crashed reported this
