For The Netherlands these are the best power supplies at 100 euros.

The absolute best deal out of the lot:

These are better deals than the XFX Pro, It's reasonably outdated and louder too compared to these models.

The M12II 620 is still not Haswell compatible though. Despite that, it's a very good unit anyway as long as you turn off the C6 and C7 states in the bios. The M12II higher wattage models apparently ARE Haswell or as I've begun calling it now that it applies to more than just Haswell, Intel low power state compatible.

I guess if upcoming AMD chips begin using those states by default they'll have to start calling it something else altogether.

talked to darkbreeze and got this 1 https://www.afuture.nl/productview.php?productID=716618

I've got a Corsair CS450M now waiting for a build. That's the one that Anandtech reviewed mostly favorably, including a teardown showing Japanese capacitors. It should be enough for anything I'm likely to need, given that my primary PC is running a GTX970 on a Rosewill Capstone 450M.

Really. How? I don't see anything that is conflicting aside from perhaps some OEM changes that occur all the time. A common model that has had the same OEM for a period of time and then changed when a revision was released would certainly make some of the older conversations look inaccurate, but if you realize that the OEM being used was different THEN than it is NOW, you'll see that it's not.

Agreed. This has always been true. PSU's that were state of the art 10 years ago are considered antiquated and aren't favored any longer because of their design or improvements in components.

Actually, what I mean is that, for example, the Corsair CX units have had several iterations where they were made by different manufacturers. So if you look at a conversation where it's being discussed that X model is made by Y company, and you go look at the Orion database, it might not be the same because Orion is either showing an older or newer spec regarding who is making it. That doesn't make conversations or relevance to models that were previously made by another manufacturer any less valid because there still are likely to be units being sold or used that come from either/or.

I apologize for this, but I don't know if it's possible to search within a thread (I did Ctrl+F to search for "Skylake", and 6700, etc., but didn't find anything in the first 3 pages, then I saw there were over 60 pages).

Anyway, I noticed Haswell was mentioned, but what about Skylake? Given the date of the OP, I'm assuming these PSUs are intended for skylake. Also, I've learned a lot that I never knew I didn't know about PSUs tonight.

Thanks for the thread! 😀

Hello

Between these two power supplies, which one should I buy?

Corsair RM750x or the EVGA SuperNOVA G2 Gold 750W.

The corsair one is $10 more expensive where I live.

Thanks
