PW5-E and PW5 Deluxe difference?

I'm in the process of building a computer and I posted in the CPU forums to better help my needs.

Anyways, basically i'm going for the E4300 for now, but i'd like to have my computer able to update to a quad-core when the price goes down and they become a little bit more popular with the programs, etc.

So with that in mind, in the long-run would it be better to get the deluxe edition of this board? What exactly are the special benefits besides 2x PCI-Express Slots and Wi-fi? Also, what are the 1x PCI Slots for?
