If you have played infernal pursuit at superior and then plays
concealed weapon, do you draw an extra card for both the concealed and
the weapon? Do you play both cards at once and draw 4 cards before
discarding? Same situation but you use Fatimas ability. Do you draw
two cards to replace the weapon?

But to clarify, you can't play CW, replace 2 with Infernal Pursuit,
then use one of the drawn up cards as your weapon, right? For example,
suppose you have a Saturday Night Special in hand but really want to
use that .44 Magnum you just drew up off of the CW.

Correct.
The only thing, I'm not sure is:
if you draw 4 cards, and discard 2, or you draw 2 cards discarding one
twice.
IMHO the former, because both CW and gun are beeing replaced at same time.

Infernal Pursuit [Jyhad:U2, VTES:U, CE:U/PB]
Cardtype: Combat
Discipline: Celerity
[cel] Press.
[CEL] For the remainder of the combat, each time you replace a card
(including when you draw to replace this card), draw an additional card
and then burn a card in your hand for each additional card drawn.

Every replacement is handled individually.

When replacing the CW, draw two and discard one.
Then replace the weapon by drawing two and discarding one.
