Question Question about my a-xmp profile

I have a 2600x and my corsair ram is supposed to run at 3000mhz but its inly doing 2400 or 2100. My question is will enabling my axmp profile for my ram mess up anything on my computer or brick windows? Got alot of stuff i dont really feel like putting back on the pc again!

No XMP will not mess up windows.
