[SOLVED] Question about unplugging a gsync monitor from power while it is in standby mode

Is it safe to unplug the power cord from a gsync monitor while it is in standby mode (rather than fully off)?

Irl scenario is I have my monitor (and pc) plugged into a UPS. Our neighborhood has a couple of rolling black outs in which we lost power for a short while. Every time one happened my UPS started beeping, so I knew to turn it off before the battery drained. My pc was off and my monitor was in “standby” mode when I would shut the UPS off (essentially the same as unplugging the power to the monitor).

So yes, my original question is just wondering if any damage could have occurred to my gsync monitor by doing this?

that´s no problem for a monitor. Unlike a PC a monitor doesn´t buffer or can lose data while just turned off while in standby. Don´t worry about it.
